Join us Wednesday, October 21, from 6 to 8 p.m. for an evening of creativity in downtown Albany!
Albany Center Gallery and Paint Albany (a sister company of Paint Cohoes) are teaming up to bring a paint night to downtown Albany! Join artist Alicia Lea for a guided evening of painting and gala glam inside the gallery.
Together, we'll paint a bold masquerade mask on canvas, then make it your own with color, pattern, and add real gems you can adhere right onto your piece. No experience needed!
A mask stencil will be available for anyone who wants a head start, or freehand your own design. Alicia will guide you step by step, and all materials are provided.
About the artist:
Alicia Lea founded Paint Cohoes: Studio & Gallery in downtown Cohoes in 2020. With a background in mural art and early childhood education, she has been teaching art since 2009. Her motto is simple: "Art is for everyone."
The workshop will take place during the 47th Annual Photography Regional exhibition, with extended hours offering a great opportunity to experience the exhibition outside of our regular weekly viewing hours.
This event is FREE to attend, with space is limited to 25 guests, so reserve your seat early!
This event is made possible with support from the Office of Assemblymember Gabriella Romero.
By registering, you agree that Albany Center Gallery and Paint Cohoes may add your email to future mailings and communications.
Seats are limited. If you can't make it, please let us know so someone else can take your spot! (518) 348-6828
